What are your PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You may order online, by fax, or mail. We except credit card, paypal, check or money order.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Allow 10 business days for delivery of all merchandise. We ship all in stock items within 3 days of receipt of payment. Any out of stock situations are immediately reported to you via email
The High Hand Poker Chips shipping charges and policies are as follows:
- Upon adding an item(s) to your cart you can view real time shipping quotes and options for you order.
- We offer our customers thier choice of USPS and /UPS shipping options.
- You will be able to pick your option and see in real time the shipping rate for the service you selected and the zip code of your delivery addresss.
Do you ship outside the USA?
Yes - We ship to most countries. Just place your order on our website. Once you place an item in your cart you will then be able to see your ship rates and options.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
DAMAGES - Simply contact us. Give us as much information as possible including reference number, name and phone number. We will contact you with return instructions.
RETURNS - We accept returns on all unused merchandise with the exception of Software and DVD's if returned to us within 10 days of your date of receipt of the item. All returns are charged a $7.50 restocking fee and we do not refund the s&h paid. Date of receipt is determined by delivery date as evidenced by the delivery confirmation of the carrier we choose to use for shipment of item. Please note that we do not pay for return postage and we do not refund the s/h charged as it is a cost we have incurred.
Software Returns and Damages
DAMAGES - Simply contact us. Give us as much information as possible including reference number, name and phone number. We will contact you with return instructions
RETURNS - All software can be returned for damage replacement only due to the nature of installing software on a computer. This policy is the Software Industry Standard. Please check all reviews and information available concerning the particular software title you are purchasing to ensure you are, in fact, purchasing a title that has the features, games, functions, accessories, etc. that you do want.
